If for any reason you need to exchange or return your purchases, here's what you need to know.
If you loved it, received it, then didn’t love it, we will gladly assist you in exchanging your item for another of our beautiful pieces.
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will start the process of finding something you adore.
Hassle Free Returns
If for any reason you need to return an Alvesia piece you can do so within 30 days of purchase.
Just follow these simple steps;
- Email email@example.com and we will send you a prepaid Australia Post returns label.
- Quote your order number or simply reply to your order confirmation email.
- If you are outside of Australia, please contact us for the return address – please note for returns outside of Australia we won’t be able to provide a prepaid returns label.
- Send the package back to us with the prepaid return label so you don’t need to worry about shipping costs!
For security and peace of mind, we strongly recommend you use registered post, as we are not liable for lost return parcels.
Please ensure there is no damage to the product as we will be unable to process a return on damaged items.
24 Hours Refunds
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase/s you have 30 days to return your item/s for a full refund.
The fine print
- Refunds are not available on Alvesia Gift Cards.
- Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds on undies.
- All other items should be returned unworn, unsoiled, intact, with tags attached, inside the original packaging for protection in transit.
- If the product is damaged we will be unable to process a refund.
- The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
When can I expect my refund?
We work fast! Once we have received the item/s, we will process your refund within 24 hours.
Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit (minus the original delivery fee) will be refunded to the same Visa card.
It is important that you have your original confirmation of order email.
If your order was placed using an Alvesia Gift Card, the refund amount will be issued to a new gift card with a 12-month expiry date.

Free shipping on all orders over $50 (Australia and New Zealand only)
Standard shipping (AUS and NZ only): $9.00
Express post (AUS only): $15.00
International Post: $22.50
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
We’re a productive bunch, once we’ve received your order it is shipped to you within 24 hours. Because we know girls :)
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and a tracking number.We will ship to the address you have specified in the order, so please make sure that you’ve entered your information correctly. We cannot be responsible for issues relating to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
How long will it take to get my order?
If you choose standard shipping or you’re able to take advantage of the free shipping offer, please allow 3 to 15 days if you are outside Australia.Choosing the Express Post option will guarantee that your order will arrive within 24 hours (this option is available for Australian residents only). During the holiday season please allow extra time for delivery of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We have a flat rate (airmail) of $22.50 for international orders. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 15 days from the date of purchase, depending on the delivery service and where you live.
Please note that you are liable for the tax and duties (if required) upon import. It is your responsibility to pay the fees, which may vary from country to country.
